All Rose Door Homes are net-zero energy ready. With an optional solar array you can claim 30% tax credit and eliminate virtually all your power and electricity bills.

We designed these homes to be healthy for you and your loved ones. With HEPA air filters and easily cleanable surfaces you can breathe freely even during smoke season.

Rose Door Homes also served as a proof of concept for a novel, panelized construction method. The walls, including insulation, were built off-site in a climate-controlled facility as a series of panels that could be quickly and easily assembled onsite. This method limited construction waste and the chance of on-site construction accidents while providing a better working environment for construction crews during winter months.
